"Dela Boys Prove Hard to Beat"

For the second time in succession the boys from the De la Salle overcame tough opposition from students in the Grammar, St. Louis and St. Vincents to prove themselves once again top of the class when it comes to science in Dundalk. Both De La Salle teams finished in the top five in the North East Regional Finals of the annual ISTA table quiz held in DKIT during Science Week. De la Salle team B pictured above (Connor Manning, Fritz Dunne, Niall Rooney) finished second overall, narrowly beaten by Eureka Kells while team A (Fearghal Donnelly, Peter Duffy) finished fifth.
