On Thursday the 21st of January, with an extremely reduced class size due to sports, we took a look at the breathing system and heart of a sheep which is similar to that of a human. We saw the oesophagus, trachea, heart and lungs.
We also found out how the lungs work by blowing air in to the trachea and watching the lungs inflate.
We got a detailed look at just how complex the human breathing system really is.
